anyone knows why my rpm is dropping and sometimes works?

If you are talking about your tachometer (the thing that displays your RPM), then it is most likely your alternator going out. Check all of the wiring for corrosion and loose connection, then have your alternator tested.

The tach runs directly off your alternator

If you are getting fluxuation while driving. And it feels like it is missing it is plugs and wires or it's coil packs. I had that problem and I had one bad wire.

Yes the alternator is rebuildable but youi can usually buy a good used one for much less.

ok ill check on it, what exactly do i test?amp?voltage? and what else?

Check the voltage and the connections on the back of it.
