My '97 Disco power seat on the driver's side is stuck in the closest position to the steering wheel. The switch will adjust in any position except move the seat back. This a big problem because no one in my family is under 5', so we can not drive it. It is not the switch. First, I cleaned my switch very well and that didn't work. Second, I borrowed another switch out of another '97 Disco and that didn't work either. Any Help?

 

Man that is a tough one, it must be a motor.
If the switch that you borrowed works in the other truck and your switch works in the other truck...then maybe a relay or a motor.
