P0440 Purge valve not sealing - from page 17-2-21 in Emission Controls part of shop manual.

Also attached is page from Bosch ECU manual, it monitors this valve performance multiple times while driving, if it does not like the performance this code will be set on the second drive cycle. So you might clear codes at the at shop, drive home, and next day it could pop up again.

But under warranty, have them fix, may impact your ability to pass emission test if needed in your area. Might be the valve, might be other parts of the system.

If you are a new owner and open the hood of the D2, it might not be the first thing that would jump out at you. There's a lot of plumbing under there. Here's a pix. Would be good to have it fixed under warranty.
