Dart top hat sleeves are about $75 bucks each. It shouldn't be that expensive to machine the top hat lip recess and drop one in. You might want to call Dart, or one of the other manufacturers, for shops in your area with experience. Assuming a crack between two cylinders, probably need to top hat both.
