to fit it into place? Do you know what i mean? It's too tall and has to roll up inside itself but I'm not having much luck.

I haven't had to work on mine yet, but can you unbolt the shock and lower the axle to get it into place?

 

Probably but the air bag kinks up and i'm not sure if you can inflate it like that.

I'd not inflate it kinked.

 

I've done both springs on mine. How much does the spring kink when you put it in place.

 

I jacked up my rear end using the tow hitch which gave me plenty of room to fit the new bags then slowly lowered it to just below normal height. The bag should fold over the right way automatically, just go slow and make sure. Leave the jack in place and get the compressor to engage to fill the bags. I actually had to put it in Low range and engage the Extended ride height to get both to fill then set it back in regular mode. The inflation should get he kinks out.

That's pretty much exactly what I did.

 

Ya, I had no problem getting it in place, just worried a bit about the kinks. But it inflated no problem have 24hrs in with no issues.
