I only have spark on 1 coil. I have power to both coils. I've switched coils didn't make a difference. So it's not the coil. I suspect ecm but don't know how to determine that. Where can I get a wiring diagram for the coil wiring.

Don't quote me on this, but if I remember correctly the coils get their power thru the fuse box under the dash.

 

I have power to the coil, but I also have 4v on the signal wires.

 

Anybody ever chany ECU? If so what was the reasoning?

 

Plenty of threads on here regarding changing the ECU. You need to change the instrument cluster and the BCU as well, since they all sync together. Reasons I have read include water damage and other types of issue that caused a whole range of unusual errors.
