Speedo Not Working
The speedo is not working on a friend's D2, everything seems normal with the vehicle, just does not read the speed. Saw a few other threads saying the same thing with no answers. Truck is in great shape, NO rust or corrosion. I'm guessing it's not corroded wiring right now.

Speedo in a D2 is derived from a signal that averages all four ABS sensors, from the SLABS. So a regular scanner connected should show the vehicle speed in the ECU. That data is used for a bunch of different things.
It is a pink with green wire, page 113 of 152 in the circuits manual, looks like something in a catalog from Vickie. Some poor slob has to take all those photos of those gals, over and over again. Pout your lips, think naughty, etc. So when you shoot the Rover's, do you scream "don't leak!" ?
