Check this link out. Plenty of options. Seals for $35 or rebuild kit for $85. Keep in mind that it may be leaking because there is excessive play in the bearings. Land Rover Discovery 2 II Power Steering Gear Box Repair Kit QFW100140 New | eBay

Check out the price for a rebuilt or replacement box, too.

When you mean theres a lot of play in the bearing ... Do mean the bearings need to be replaced or does the adjuster screw need to be tighten or loosened, and how safe is this buy on ebay?

The screw is used to adjust the play in the steering box between the input and output shafts. If the output shaft itself has play in it, meaning that it shifts side to side, then you need to deal with that. Check out the section in RAVE. It shows the components within the box in some detail.
