If you haven't done so lately I would start with new plugs. Sounds like a misfire. Then move to new wires (Magnacor recommended), and lastly new coil packs (stick with Bosch). Hopefully this helps.
Have you tested for vacuum leaks? Is your coil pack bracket securely bolted to the engine? Are all battery connections clean and secure including grounding connections to the engine and body?
Stop throwing parts at it and start diagnosing.
Swap plug wires with #6 to another cylinder - see if it follows. Do the same with the plug. Then swap coils left and right. Then swap oxygen sensors left and right. Post your compression readings. Get and ELM327 and android torque app, post the oxygen sensor charts and the MAF sensor charts.
