I believe it, sadly I know people who would do that.

This line really cracked me up:

WOW. I would like to say this can't be real, but I know people like this.....

 

My favorite line is when the guys tells him to buy power steering fluid to see if he can "steer the brakekleen out." hahaha

It's probably not a joke. I came upon an acquaintance with a lit torch getting ready to weld a bracket on a 5 gallon propane tank. I stopped him, but I don't think he's long for this world...come to think of it, I haven't heard from him in a while.
