Meant to post this earlier. I special thank you to all those that gave guidance.

I lucked out. No head gasket or head issues. Had them tested.

Water pump, fan and belt were easy. The suck part was getting the old paper gasket off of the front. Ugh.

Now I have to rebuild the prop shafts and tranny filter and fluid. Working my way through the list that Disco Mike put out there. Super helpful.

I truly appreciate this forum. Does it take donations? If so, let me know.

Glad you got it worked out. Prop shaft rebuild isn't all that bad if you're handy at stuff like that. I had my wife's D2 done at a local shop for $160. Have to do mine still, just need to make some time to do it. There is a LOT of great information on here.

Using this forum, and the people on here, you will love the Disco. My wife & I have 2 of them as daily drivers and we wouldn't have it any other way. Except maybe the gas mileage, but that's what you get for driving a box.
