Default three fault codes...

so i just replaces my front brake pads a couple weeks ago. the day before yesterday i replaced my front wiper motor.

this morning for the first time ever my service engine soon light flashed a couple times then stayed on and is still on. i went to autozone and he pulled the codes for me.. though all his results show for toyotas and subarus... any ways these are the codes.

p1590 (abs light is not lit up only the engine light.)
p0306
p0300

any help would be greatly appreciated i have to drive an hour an a half every day and i very much do not like having a warning on my dash on such a long drive.

P0306 is a midfire on cylinder 6. P0300 is a multiple misfire. Most misfires clear up with new plugs and new silicone 8mm quality wires. The 1590 rough road signal may be a "ghost" created by the misfires. Here's a page from the Bosch ECU manual that tells the story behind code 1590. Cheaper to replaces wires and plugs than start digging in the ABS system.

Yes it could. Also, under certain conditions the truck will stay in "Open Loop" where a general calculation is used for fuel trim, versus the desired "closed loop" where sensors and ECU and O2 sensors work together to produce the best power, best mpg, and lowest pollution.

First, how many miles on your engine, what octane gas are you burning and when was it last tune along with new 8 mm silicone plug wires?
As for the 1590, that is ABS related not tune related, most likely set by your front brakes, were they squeaking badily before you replaced them and who's new pads did you install and are they now squeaking?

i have 139k on the motor. i know the vehicle hasnt had a tune up or plugs/wires in at least 9 k miles. since it has been here at the house, and not sure how long before then. the front brakes never squeeked but all of a sudden the front right was down to metal on metal so both front pads were quickly replaced. just the duralast pads from autozone were used.
