Default TPS question

So after my sons recent maf/CPS Issue, I was scrolling through the obd2 data.
when we removed the intake to check duke pressure we noticed the throttle cable was loose.

the TPS was only showing 82% throttle when floored.
we tightened the cable and now it’s just over 90,

does it indeed go to 100%?

I wouldn't trust just the scanner. Only way to be accurate is measure voltage at TPS and compare to rave.

Yes, my code reader reads 100 max WOT. There's a section in the RAVE for the correct cable adjustment. Do that first. If still off, test the voltage on the TPS manually with a multimeter. Failing that, probably a new sensor.. I would with genuine only here, not the cheap one on RockAuto, don't forget a new o-ring,
