Rightstuff works great. I use it all the time for oil pans and diff covers.

"I dont want this think leaking once i put it in." Ok, do what I did, and go to NAPA, buy a bottle of Aviation gasket cement, and use it. That is exactly what I did, and I just crawled under my 2004 Rover yesterday, to grease the prop shafts, and I found NO leaks at all from transfer gearbox, put together with new gaskets and Aviation cement. Works for me; don't fight it!

3400 is a Anaerobic curing flexible gasket/sealant compound.

Another product to look at is the Permatex Anaerobic Flange Sealants (Anaerobic Gasket Makers & Flange Sealants)
Both Permatex anaerobic gasket maker and anaerobic flange sealant are good for 150 deg C.

Loctite 518 is also another option.

How hard is it to drop the T case in the driveway?? I don't have access to a hoist anymore

I'm a crown forklift mechanic, we use Loctite 518 on the RC5500 Sub Assembly replacement
