Trans oil cooler line disconnect
2004 D2
What's the trick to getting the transmission cooler lines disconnected from the cooler? I was pulling back on the disconnect (away from the cooler), and although it moves a bit in that direction, it doesn't disconnect. I'm sure I'll be kicking myself once I get it, but for now I'm stumped.

Sometimes there is a lot of dirt and junk inside the plastic disconnects making them hard to slide.
I clean them out with some brake cleaner and compressed air than a little WD-40 to lube them up for easier sliding.

Good suggestion! I also use a twisting motion while pulling. They used to be my nemesis, but now I've got their number. Although I will try the cleaning/WD40 technique.
Evo,
Are you looking to disconnect the trans oil cooler lines to change out the radiator? If yes, there is no need to disconnect the former. It is possibly to slide the radiator up and out with the trans oil cooler lines intact. Just thought I mention it to save you some time.
