Sorry about that. They came off the same year model as the one I own, 2002.

A 2002 should not have a CDL t-case in it OEM. But perhaps it was a CDL case from a 1999-2001 that replaced the OEM on the donor vehicle, same as you're doing now. Re-read DiscoMike's reply. But in any event, don't think there would be any compatibility issues. The 2002 wiring may still have the mate to the "extra" connectors for the donor t-case. Take a pic and post so we can confirm the extra connectors!!!

Here is the pic of the connectors on the replacement TC, mechanic says my DII does not have the wiring for these connectors.

CDL sensor. See attached 11 is for warning lamp and 12 is a detent plug. Looks like your donor may have had a CDL linkage installed in it's previous life. That empty bolt hole in the lower left of your pic should have a bolt in it. The bracket for the CDL attaches there using those bolt holes. Dismantler probably remove the shift linkage and left the holes empty.

Thanks identifying the connectors. I'm still not clear whether this TC will work with on my DII, would hate to have it installed then it not work.

Hi mike. Only have one. After getting the new tranny and tcase installed, it wont go into gear - just high revs. It wont engage. What gives? Do i need to reprogram the computer? Please let me know. Thanks!
