Not necessarily. My 08 Silverado shifts manually, our 3/4 ton Fords (2012/14) and Dodge (08/10) plow trucks all shift manually. All depends on the package, most lower end/work trucks still go old school. Which, l prefer. No push button, electric garbage for me...lol.

I guess I could of said SUV's....We can throw straight axle into the mix then too! lol
