the Advanced Auto/Autozone is the same one as the AB pretty much.


and do not use RTV.

Thanks for the write up! I did the fluid, but didn't do the filter yet. I figured I would do that the 2nd go around since you only get 1/3 or 1/2 of the actual fluid out each time. The job would be 10X easier if there was fill tube on these things. I used the hand pump, but might look at making a set up like you did.

with only 2 small hand bends in the pipe, it was self supporting, when i needed to see when fluid was coming out of the fill hole it could be seen easily, and just pull the tube forward 1" and you can replace the fill plug, go thru the gears, get back under, remove the fill plug, and the tube is right there ready to re-insert into the fill hole. For me, i think easier than the pump
