Hiw many galloms or liters to fill transmission? Thanks

 

Until it comes out of the fill hole while idling. Think I used a little over a gallon, maybe 5 quarts.

 

Hi King, bit strange. My 2nd time and still i have half a quart left it pouring out the hole already. I think its full.

Is the vehicle running? I think you are fine, now that I think about it, the tube on my hand pump isn't long enough to reach the bottom of the gallon jugs, so I think 3.5 to 4.0 quarts is probably closer to accurate.

 

Keep your foot on the brake with the parking brake on and exercise the gear shifter slowly from P through to 1 and back to P a few times. This helps fill the pump, TQ and valve block adequately and then top up the ATF with engine running and repeat the shifter exercise.
