i have a 2002 land rover and i am changing oil in the zf4hp22 transmission and i cant find the oil check level and i was wondering if i could get any advise from here.

Read the sticky on how to change the transmission fluid in a DII. I will give you a sneak preview, there is no transmission dipstick.

 

If you have changed the fluid and didn't use more then 5 quarts of fluid, do not drive it, cause you'll be low on fluid and cause problems.
