Default Transmission Line

OK so the quick connect at the cooler side keeps leaking on me. o-rings replaced a few times cleaned etc. Quick connect is easy to remove and re attach so not gummed up. So question is this as i do think these are low pressure lines, can the rubber hose part be removed and replaced?
Just clamping it on each end with a couple hose clamps?

If you can get ahold of PT Shram he has a kit for this. Great guy. My line blew off and I got the PT kit. So far it has worked great. Uses a proprietary quick connect for the cooler end then a compression fitting for the hard line end with high pressure hose inbetween. You find a place to splice into the hard line. FYI - A PEX disconnect tool works great to remove the stock quick connect fittings. I used a plumbing pipe cutter to cut the hard lines.

yes. Both sides of the trans line at the cooler and one side of the oil line at the cooler (so 3 of the 4 push connectors replaced with this) with zero leaks.

Regardless of which setup you go with be aware that the transmission pipes are 14mm +. So a bit of sanding is usually required to get fittings to slide on. Be gentle as they are thin and soft and can be distorted out of round if not careful.

correct, some sanding was required, I used a strip of 400 grit and just went nice and slow. The pipes are aluminum so it doesn't take much pressure or time to get them to work.
