Transmission woes

SO,you guys think I Just need to replace the transmssion? Or the transfer case as well? The coupling on the prop shaft is almost twisted off as well.Thanks for the input.

That is not a question we can answer since we aren't there and you haven't got a clue what is wrong with the truck yet.
See what the mechanic says and make sure he is not guessing cause your trucks net worth when running well is pretty low, you don't want to start throwing lots of money into something that will never be worth it.
