FND, there is no O ring on the front hubs it's only on the rear, they only use a seal on the shaft each side. See RAVE page: 54-3.

UPDATE

I was under the truck and snapped a couple pictures of where I believe the oil/grease is coming from. I tried to find an exploded view in the RAVE manual but, was not able to turn on up.

Question - Is this some kind of bearing?

That's your lower ball-joint. The fluid looks like it's coming from axle, probably bad seal or vent is plugged. There's a plastic vent line coming out of the drivers side of front axle housing, push down on outer ring and pull plastic tube out/upward. Once removed, blow out tube with compressed air. Do the same to the rear axle and transmission vent.
