P38's were not all 4.6 actually... Many were made with 4.0 engines...

Yeah, there is more to it, but that is all that I had saved.

Yep early SE model P38’s were 4.0L & HSE were always 4.6L. Near the end of the P38 the SE model vanished and all were HSE 4.6L.

UPDATE
Checked the gap on the throttle cables and I was right at .2
After I adjusted the cable mount, I have not see any issues with the IAC or P0505 codes
After replacing the MAF (thanks again Best4x4) I have not seen any P0101 codes

Still getting incorrect gear ratio and lean on both banks, however, I found that one of the hoses on IAC was loose enough, with clamp on, that I could pull it off the upper plenum. Used a worm clamp to get it tightened up. Let's see if that finally gets me back to zero codes.

Side note - I decided that I should put a winch on the truck since Harbor Freight had a liquidation sale ($289).

UPDATE
I have not gotten any codes after tightening the hose on IAC and doing an adaptive reset. This maybe have been the final issue, I only have 40 miles since adaptive reset (highway and in town).
