I had to use that on 2 head bolts to get them out.
My impact wouldn't do it, but that socket and breaker bar did.
Next step would've been a drill and an easy out.

UPDATE
about 18 hours into project and 75% done

Ran into an issue getting the intake manifold back on, I do not have the special wrench to torque it down. I will run to Harbor Freight tomorrow
Got the PCV 308 installed on the valve cover
Got a used SAI pipe
Bought bolts and washers to replace the flange bolts that snapped
Bought metric O ring set
Took a picture of left over parts from Lucky8

PENDING
Drill out nipple on radiator and replace with brass 1/4 nipple
Torque the intake manifold
Install valve cover gaskets
Install coil packs
Install upper plenum
Install SAI
Install brackets for AC and Power Steering
Install alternator
Install Cooling

That is an interesting way to mount the FV308, but I don't think it's going to work due to the flow being backwards. The FV308 is supposed to replace the plastic nipple on the Upper Plenum. Then at the Valve Cover you just remove the plastic baffle and on 03-04 D2's drill out the hole to allow for more flow.

I just wanted to point that out before you put it all back together.

Yeah the FV308 is supposed to go on the Plenum to replace the OEM plastic unit or the aftermarket metal one. You get a metal nipple plus a PCV.

If you ran your setup the engine vacuum would completely close the PCV vs it venting.
