Default Very Strange Steering Problem

I have a very weird steering problem that I can not figure out. In November I replaced my power steering pump and the hoses because I had a leak. I bled the system of all the air. It drove okay for the most part but still had some rough spot when turning and the box was leaking. So this month I replaced the steering box and the rest of the components (Arms, dampener and new fluid). I jack it up, bleed the system, and take it for a driver. The system is doing great, but then I notice it stiffening up after I have been cruising for a while. I come to a stop light, idle for a minute and the power steering is back. It not does this all the time. I have bled the system a dozen times an no air is coming out. I do not see any leaks. I do not have the "power steering whine". I just lose power steering after I have been going a mile over 1500 rpms and after I stop for a little it comes back. Any idea what the problem is?? I am thinking it has to be the pump, but would like some input before I go down the route of warranting this one and replacing it.

Has anyone ever had this issue?

Anyone?

I am thinking its the pump that is my issue, but it is not making noise. Just out of curiosity when I bleed the system, how much fluid should come out and how fast?

Also, is there some sort of pressure regulator in the pump?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

It sounds like it may be your replacement pump. I did my PSP back in October. I followed the Atlantic British video exactly. They do everything on the ground, you mention jackstands.
Here is the video: https://www.roverparts.com/resources...p-replacement/
