Default Vibration, I cant find it. Help me please.

This vibration is killing me. I cant find it. I'm stumped. It only happens in 3rd gear at about 45mph when its about to shift into 4th and in 4th gear on acceleration and at 70mph+. The noises and vibrations have lessened since the work I did.

Replaced:
t-case front output bearing yesterday,
I replaced the front diff last Sunday,
driveshaft about a month ago,
the rear ujoint about a month ago,
the rear roto also about a month ago,

Only things I haven't done that I can think of are my trans mounts yet (ordered and on the way) or an ATF fluid/filter change yet (last done about 6 months ago).

Any advice?

Tire balance? I just got 2, 04 discos and I swapped a set of freshly powered coated, newly mounted at Costco tires onto the running one. Instantly was getting vibration from 40-50MPH and at 75+.

I had LR3 rims on the car before that and my mechanic said I need Hub Centric rings to run them, so I switched them.

Went to the tire store, had all 4 balanced. All good.(Either the weights didn't hold onto the fresh powder coat or Costco F'd up)

Good luck.

Could be many things:

1) worn tie rod ends (check both drag and track rod)
2) Motor mounts
3) Steering damper
4) Radius arm bushings (All 4 of my radius to chassis bushings are cracked)
5) wheel bearings/hubs
6) tire balance
7) alignment out of wack
8) bent rim

Could be many things. Wheel balancing, the flex plate in the autobox TC cracking up or even engine mountings. If you do the engine mounts be sure to use genuine LR parts NOT aftermarket as most are foreign cr*p and are often worse afterwards according to reports. Also do the gearbox mounts as well as they are just as important.

You seem to have done most things that usually cause vibrations. There is also a chance that it may be worth inspecting your drag link and track rod ball joints, steering top and bottom ball joints both sides and the shocker mounts top and bottom both sides particularly the fronts. Also the steering damper function and the mounts on it each end. Whilst you are at it check the bushes on the Panhard rod for any play.

Let us know how you get on with the investigations.

It could be a balance. I have lessened the vibrations and gear grinding noises substantially and maybe whats left (in vibrations) is the wheels. France, my steering dampener is shot also.

I still do hear a gear whining noise unlike the regular gear driven tcase noise though.

EDIT:
Wheel bearings good, checked when I did the diff,
radius arms are good,
no rims are bent, just scuffed up,
ball joints good, just inspected them doing the diff, still tight, zero play,
new motor mounts in already just recently installed and forgot to add.

Not even the slightest bit of a difference... Oh well.

Its a u-joint in my new driveshaft or my t-case is imploding.

I'm pulling the shaft tomorrow again and I'm going to drive around with it off for a little to see, hopefully its a u-joint because I can still return the drive shaft for it to be rebuilt under warranty. If its the t-case I'll be a little bummed.
