Anyone here have experience with this kit:

I know the rack itself is good but anyone here know that quality of the light mounts and other accessories with this kit? Better off just getting the rack itself?

Unless I'm missing something but that doesn't come with lights. You can add any lights you want to the rack. I can't speak to the hi lift mount or shovel/ax quality, but if they suck other mounting solutions aren't usually very costly.
