Default Washed truck and rinsed off engine dash is a Christmas tree

After washing fired up the truck to see my amigos plus brake light. Pulled codes and showed right rear. Ok I can deal with that. Also had 1663 and the ever popular 1590 rough road was pending.
Could I have gotten water into something under the hood for the 1663
Can water sprayed through the wheels confuse a wheel sensor?

I reset all and will test drive.

P1590 is only associated with that wheel speed sensor. P1663 is fuel related. You probably got water into an injector plug or into the pressure regulator. Blow some air around the plugs and allow them to dry out before restarting and trying again

I've experienced the same. It all went away when the engine warmed up; presumably, the water that got somewhere bad dried up.
