Default Washer Fluid Lines Frozen?

Hello,

I have no washer fluid coming to the nozzles anywhere. You can hear the pump coming on for both the front switch and the back switch. The truck has been sitting and may have summer fluid (I am in Canada = cold), everything worked before. We have jumped the hose from the pump's front output to the front hood nozzles and it works properly.

1. How do you activate the bumper nozzles?
2. How might you suggest fixing this blockage and/or freeze of the lines (especially to the rear cargo door, most of the fluid has been drained from the reservoir and replaced with winter (anti-freeze) washer fluid.

Thanks!

TDC

Park indoors where it can warm up, run pumps to push "summer" fluids out.

from owner's manual in the RAVE set of manuals -

Rear window wash/wipe
Press and hold switch for the
required duration of window
washing. The wiper operates automatically
during washing and continues for a further 3
wipes after the switch is released.

HEADLIGHT WASHERS
When the headlights are illuminated, the
headlight washers operate automatically in
conjunction with every third operation of the
windscreen washers.

Fuse 4 runs the front pump (engine compartment fuse box) and fuse 30 under the dash for the rear pump.

Great. Now go play in the snow. The last two Mercedes I have had used a metal coiled tube in the washer jug, this has coolant circulated thru it (from something like the throttle body heater, a small line). I guess wind chill at Autobahn speeds is another design challenge.

Why would you ever run anything other than the de-icer in your washer fluid?
Thats all I run, all year.

I just sold my 1991 500SL and it had the heater in the Washer Bottle. Was quite ingenious I must say.
