have anyone tried to replace it with a piece of cloth drier vent tubing, looks pretty close in size

Cut the sheet of aluminum I got into the design of the original skid, did a better job than I expected... (done with a cut-off wheel)

zg, great job on that splash guard. it looks great. I kept bashing mine up, so I dropped a template off, at a local metal shop. hopefully, 1/4 plate will not dent, from a little water pressure. it also helps with cooling and wind drag.

Quarter inch.. a little thicker than the stock Safari Gard version.

How big is ur lift and what modifications have u done to accomplish it. I am half way there with mine. What size tires u running as we'll. can u pm me.
