What did you do with your DII today?

Finally got that stubborn brake dust removed from my rims! **** was caked onto the front passenger tire and rim. Word to the wise: Replace your pads and calipers BEFORE they burst and spew out brake fluid all over the place Save you alot of cleaning hassles... Afterwords I applied some tire polish to make the rubber look new Also polished my headlight assemblies using a TurtleWax headlight cleaning kit. The results are amazing! I dont have before pics but anyone with a 03-04 Disco knows what Im talking about (Yellowing, scratching, hazeing etc).

I only do on the drivers side because I pushed my bumper back a little. I'm working on getting enough ***** to cut the bottom half of the front bumper off. I am lifted on Terrafirma HD 2" Springs in the front (plan on a winch and maybe bumper) and medium in the back with a 1" spacer in the rear. The picture does look a bit odd because of my cell phone's wonky wide angle lens.

Thanks, it does work pretty well. Once you learn how to keep the throttle in the sweet spot for the tc, it works well. Too little or too much throttle will render the tc useless, but there is a sweet spot where it is extremely effective. I wheel with jeeps, and I can definitely say that my disco without a CDL is more capable in hill climbs and technical rocks than a wrangler with CDL and no lockers, which is what I drive with the most. My friend with a rear locker and CDL usually has less front wheel spin climbing hills than I do, but he hasn't made it anywhere I couldn't go, and I've taken mine through things he decided not to try, so it hasn't been a limiting factor from a capability standpoint. But, I know that if I had the CDL and a locker or two, everything would be smoother and take less skill. It would also give more control breaking down a hill, as it keeps the front and rear brake bias essentially locked. One day ill probably get one, or I'll buy a new rubicon.

Jesus man...you just never shut up about that do you?
Brandon, he's basically just complaining that he doesn't have a CDL, you can read the whole treads of him trolling Justin from Lucky8 over at Exped Portal.
