In the last 2 weeks,

Plugs and wires,
180deg t-stat,
Ultragauge installed,
SLS air spring replaced pass side.

Today replaced front axle seal pass side, topped up diff fluid, greased driveshafts and completely cleaned the inside.

Heading down to Maine next week (March Break) on a ski trip.
Getting her ready and clean!

Dropped my D2 off at the shop today. She just passed 80K miles and proceeded to blow a head gasket. Getting the head gaskets replaced, as well as the oil pump gear. They are going to mill the heads as well. The head bolts I ordered were the ARP ones, so that should be a nice upgrade. Also flushing the coolant system once they have the engine put together to get the normal style coolant in and the DexCool out. Also getting the rotoflex replaced with a GBR HD rear driveshaft that I've had since september but never had time to install. Works out good that I may not have my D2 into mid next week because I'm having surgery again on monday, so I will be off work for about 2 and a half weeks.

Also, may be getting a CDL installed. I have to see if that is within the budget.... The shop owner has a CDL and Transmission from a D1. This may take some convincing of the wife.

Be careful of that one. Are you just taking the DI shifter?
If you're trying to do a swap the DI t-case is a little different than the 99-04 DII transfer cases. I think it will still swap over but it's not a simple swap.
