If you're trying to do a swap the DI t-case is a little different than the 99-04 DII transfer cases. I think it will still swap over but it's not a simple swap.
Just the transfer case with the locker. He mentioned its not exactly the same, but should be an easy enough swap. He said that the ones from 94-02 where slightly different from the 03-04s but not so much different that they can't be swapped.

I decided to drive out to the freight company to pick it up because I am going out of town Monday and couldn't be home to receive it. I thought it would fit in the back... nope. So the guy with the forklift put it up top. Drove home that way through town. During 5 o'clock traffic. Got lots of funny looks. I was watching myself in store windows as I drove by. Funniest thing I've ever seen.

Turns out BajaRacks are pretty stout!

Flushed cooling system and installed 180 degree soft-spring thermostat (LR part #PEL500110) and filled with Peak 50/50 mix. Noticed immediate drop in average temps on the Ultra-Gauge, going from 195-208 range to 188-201 in mixed street/highway driving. It used to idle at 201-203 and now idles at 195. Very happy with this change.

Also swapped in new air filter, topped of the Rotella and set the tires at 34 PSI. Took it to the car wash just to finish the day right!

Default More getting ready for AZLRO Rally

Installed Asfir gas tank rear skid plate, rear diff guard, transmission skid plate, and rear bumper. there was a lot of cutting involved to keep the receiver hitch. still have to install front skid plate and front diff guard. 2 weeks and counting.

Moved the handbrake to the passenger side. So much more comfortable for me now. I'm 6'5" and that damn thing kept poking me in the thigh.
