Painted, then installed a used Equipe bumper -looks great. Custom fabricating a 1x2 ft skid plate this weekend. Next, re-locating the wash bottle and installing some fog lights.

i have my glowshift sensor inline in the hoses as well and i get about a 10 degree difference between the blue tooth and the glow shift. glow shift being cooler then the torque app. but iv noticed with TX heating up, if i run the AC the temps between the two get very close to almost spot on at idle at red lights or parked idling for a while. id like to tap into the metal pip that feeds the upper hoses, as close to the engine side as possible in hopes to get even closer readings. one day i suppose.

I get the same.. when the truck is heating up, the water is moving directly through where the glowshift is installed, and the temps match the OBD spot on, but once its warmed up and the tstat opens... they start to differ. I thought about moving the glowshift to the right side of the T, but on the other hand its kind of nice to know your tstat/radiator are working.
Weird that I got a bum OEM grey stat from RoversNorth.

Drove around today and its sitting mostly 205-208. Acceptable for me... time to move onto the next todo

Default Living the dream...

Coffee cup holders, thanks to Joe!

Had to go for a ride, with a cup of coffee, just to try them out.

Even have the wheel and hatch latch emblems now, too.

Thank you, Joe...for the cool stuff.

Brian.

Got the adjusters on the track rod and drag link loosened up so I can align it Monday. Also patched a hole in the factory rear bumper from the PO. Now my daughter can quit telling me to fix it lol
Less ugly than the hole
Also found a screw in my tire. Luckily it wasn't all the way through

Out with the crusty rotoflex... in with the conventional u-joint.

Pulling the flange was easier than I thought it would be.

M8x1.25 fully threaded bolt
M8x1x25 nut
Few washers
3x 3" 3/8" extensions
Plate from a harmonic puller kit

Tighten the nut, and she pops out.

Next up... measure flange length and order a Tom woods DC.

Next up after that... I'd like to do the rear panhard conversion and remove the rear sways.

Naw, I have to do the boots on my wife's rover...but mine are fine. Actually, the interior is kind of nasty in mine...use to give the dogs a bath before they rode in the silverado...now it's the opposite.

My wife keeps telling me to sell this one and find a nicer one, but I just peal back my collar some and show her the red that still resides there. So it suits me just fine for my intentions...trail/off road rig.
