Save yourself the headache and order CORTECO Seals. In 30 plus years of LR ownership those are the only seals I will use. They are high quality and work well...it's just that simple. Allmakes and or Britpart are total crap. Your call, good luck!

That's good enough for me! That aligns with what I've been reading, hence the change I wanted to make to my order. I'd assume the transfer case mounts won't matter as much as a seal.

Got my all new cooling system installed! More detailed post to come, but no write up because of how far from stock I started and how much farther from stock I ended up. Will definitely make a post detailing what all I did and used though.

Nice Alex!

Since wifey was at work I completed today:
- drained/refilled oil and replaced oil filter
- greased front propshafts 5x at oil change
- replaced air filter
- replaced serp belt and tensioner assy
- cleaned SAI pump filter
- sucked out extra coolant from reservoir/bled coolant system for waterfall noise

What I have left to do:
- replace NGK doughnut on rear propshaft
- replace 2x UJ in rear propshaft; get balanced at hi & low speeds
- Flush ps fluid
- power bleed brakes
- check tranny fluid level
- add D1 tranny dipstick
- put LEDs in dash cluster
- fix stuck wipers
- replace rear window pump (leaking)
- fix glove compartment lock
- tighten front seat mount bolts
- Tshoot front aux lights
- clean brake sensors
- replace ball joints 4x
- replace drag link & track rod assy
- replace steering dampener
- replace cracked rear door latch cover
- complete Big 5 cable conversion
- add 3/8" hose to inside of window seals
- swap upper reverse lights for lower turn signal bulbs

Don't forget that transfer case fluid. Seems to be a widely overlooked item on these things...both of mine (01-03) were empty after buying.

Just drained my TC this evening, finally beginning my CDL swap since I've had the 04 transfer case for like 3 years. I never even topped mine off or checked it cause "I'm gonna swap that soon". It had some oil in it, but it smelled like it hadn't been changed since the truck rolled off the lot for the last time when the warranty was up.

Went out to BFE to a Salvage yard and picked up a couple little odds and ends. Quiet a nice little haul.
