I had a little off road fun, and came across a normal looking mud puddle. I entered it slowly with my LF & within maybe a foot of entering it my LF dipped down to just below my headlight & my RR tire was completely off the ground & for a split second it tried to tip over! Apparently the mud puddle was at least 3ft deep! I put it in R & the TC worked it magic after a little wheel spin & out I came.

I grabbed a 4-5ft long piece of a tree & I never hit the bottom! I dunno if someone played a sick joke & dug that sucker out or possibly some ATV’s went to town on that hole, but had I just gone into it like it was nothing things would have got ugly very fast.

Pretty sure without the TC kicking in I’d have had an interesting time getting out of that hole. I was going to switch into 4Lo & lock the center diff, but the TC got me out like it was a pothole.

Default Score!

been living in my house for over a year now and look what I just found chillin in a pile of garbage:

Doooope. Going to clean it up and re-paint. Doesn’t look like they’re any holes. Just a lot of rust... Now where to mount it 🤔

I’d have crawled my butt out one of two sun-roof’s lol, but it was a truly nasty hole for sure! I’ve never been a fan of mud & my previous experiences saved my butt today for sure.

I’m still waiting on Myrtle to arrive in country but I continue to buy parts.
I bought the Terrafirma TF255 heavy duty drag link track rod kit new and cheap for $125/£95 to replace the stock setup.
