That's beautiful on so many levels!

Well, that didn’t seem to help at all really i think I’ll probably remove the front shaft, flick on the cdl and see if the vibration still occurs.. while driving to the tire shop.

Yup. I tried like 5 places to find a couple of bolts to thread into those holes. No joy. I ended up removing the original fittings and welding the holes in the fittings closed and reinstalling them. What the heck kind of size/thread are those things?!?! Even the guy at "Fastenal" was stumped and gave up.

Poked around the front drive shaft again, still getting a slight vibration at hwy speed. Turns out the shaft / yoke zerk fitting was never installed -- removed the allen set screw, installed a zerk and greased it up. I don't think there was any in there grease in it at all Hopefully i havent fubard the shaft!

Default Roof rack coming along nicely

Started fabrication of my roof rack after work today. I'll finish it up tomorrow and hopefully get it painted. Can't wait to get the RTT and ARB awnings installed.

Should be ~$300 with the bedliner paint. All the metal was $285. That included having the metal shop cutting everything to my specs.

mine was the exact same when i got it. Took about a year of ownership before i realized that there was an Allen screw in there and that it was the perfect size for a zerk. Added the zerk and went to town.
