The swaybar disconnects look like older JKS Units.

Well it appears cylinder 7’s misfire goes deeper. After a few days of not being able to work on the car I got around to getting the heads off and discovered that somehow this piston came in contact with the valve/head.

Yeah I’m kind of stumped on this one. I’m trying to figure out what happened here because this is the same valve that the rocker shaft was broken on so I’m not sure if the shaft broke first and made the valve go down to far somehow or if that piston came up too high somehow? The engine is high mileage and when I aquired it had a few too many quarts of oil in it (oil light comes on at idle then goes away so someone just kept filling it) but this threw me for a loop.

Looks like the valve seat came loose making the valve get stuck hitting the piston. With the valve stuck your cam is pushing the push rod up and the rocker cant push the valve down breaks instead. That's just my opinion just by looking at the pics.

That makes the most sense to me as well, I'll have to see what the guy at the machine shop says when I take him the heads.
