He literally says "Extinct's inline thermostat mod" in the first line of his post. There's a sticky about it at the top of this Disco 2 forum.

Second day back running and already putting Lil' Frankie to work. Picked up the blue parts truck this morning. There's not a whole lot left, but there's enough that it was a real good deal for me at $150. I'll use the brakes and end up keeping the axles and a lot of the interior.

Actually already swapped the passengers front brake caliper over. I'm standing in line at the DMV now to title the gold one.

Worked on the '03. Installed the "new to me" bumper step after giving it a good teardown, reconditioning, and repaint. Also, removed my passenger fender flares to fix the failing adhesive tape and re-taped them with new 3M molding tape. Gave her a quick wash afterwards to get some of the winter grim off. Can't wait for the weather to get a little nicer and some campgrounds to start opening up!

Called around to different local garages for their cost to mount and balance my 2 new BFG KO2 tyres.
Found Hi-Q garage charges only £15 ($20) per wheel no matter tyre size.

I think that's a D1 (note the door handles) but still.... that's horrible.

More switches. Wired 3 so far: "compressor", "solar shower", "force on backup camera".

I feel I have to mention that, even though they tied that exo cage into the frame, it still doesnt look like it will help in a roll over. The cargo area and the hood would be fine but the rest would be crushed
