A whole month without work on the Disco. I drove "Alfred" out to a cabin near Leavenworth, WA for my wife's birthday. It was purely coincidental that Octoberfest was happening at the same time

My Brother brought his new Range Rover Evoque up to join us for the weekend.

Couple of outstanding jobs for winter time. I have to finally seal my transfer case as it leaks like crazy at freeway speeds, get my Safety Devices rack fixed and install my Mantec Snorkel.

so many jobs, so little time...

Wow, looks like a 4x4 and Sports Car sitting next to each other.

Fixed my cruise control today. Needed a new vacuum. Literally took 5 minutes. No tools even required! The cruise control vacuum is held in place by three little rubber grommet thingys that just pull out. It's nice to have my cruise control back as we are driving from Reno up to Seattle next month.

Rethreaded all 8 bolt holes that attach ds manifold. Grade 9 3/8" now, because
The rover wouldn't allow a simple fix the 1 bad bolt hole and be done. I had to strip 2 others while torquing the old bolts back on.
At least it was not exhaust coming from hg.
Oh joy

Added Land Rover badges to my cargo bins.

Cleaned up some things, letting RTT dry out
(Also if anyone has, or know someone that has a new or good condition RTT cover they would like to sell, let me know)

Replaced the water pump. Not as bad as I expected...just a couple of hours. Pulled the headliner out so I can take it to get it re-covered. Thought about painting it with chalk-board paint........eh, maybe not.
