Rain roofs to the garbage can. Sheet metal screwed on silicone sealer. Leftover adhesive film to be peeled-off some day. I would have done 10 years ago but did not have the 'tonsills' hoping to fix. Now it is fixed ! Am really happy at last.

Ive been trying to get my safety for the last two months, so decided to just do a few big jobs, replaced XYZ (reverse light/wiper issue) that was pricey.
Added new coils and springs 2 Inch lift, will be taking her in for a sandblast and paint/seal on the frame next week. And i've ordered some paint to match the lowwer part of the ARB bumper to the body paint. To be honest not a huge fan of the bumper would prefer the OG. I have also added larger tires 255/70/18 winters.

Just booked trip to my favorite place on the planet. Seriously I hope to retire there. Corova Beach, NC. No roads, sand only... And WILD HORSES. I grew up on a tiny tiny peninsula in Massachusetts and living away from the ocean is hard. Due to spine injuries my horsegirlness has to be experienced on foot, so wild horses are it for me. And I love trucks, I am like ariel and have a collection haha.

Anyway my punch list for the upcoming trip in 92 days:
Priority
  • Make and install new injector harness - mine is coming apart causing intermittent misfires
  • Finally fix the power steering leak that was not addressed during engine replacment, was out of funds
  • Diag oil leak - this one is embarrassing and annoying as I had thought I had done a great job releasing the used engine while it was on the stand before I replaced engine
  • Undercoat

Next priority
  • Some kind of radio (bought truck with not only no radio at all but a giant hold hacked in dash)
  • Diag why 2 windows (LR and RF) stopped working
  • Clean

Last
  • Finish up 3rd row seatbelt install

I'm looking to finally install my Safari Guard front bumper. In anticipation of the stuck bolts, what is the best "break free" product y'all use? I know I've seen a few mentions of it on here, I think it starts with a K. TIA

Project Farm youtube channel did extensive testing and found that Liquid Wrench or SeaFoam Deep Creep works better than Kroil and they are better value ($/oz) and available almost everywhere.

Did you find an original $gard bumper? those og ones are indestructible. New ones aren't near as nice and they guy is a d*ck who tried to resurrect the brand.
