Default What do these do?

I have found these two hoses, conected with a broken T, and I can't find where the missing hose/ part is. I also can't find any pics of it in the rave cd, but that could be because I have no idea where to look. It wasn't with the other stuff in the cooling section. The reason I ask is I just overheated on my way to work and although I am going to try a new thermostat first, I was wondering if this had anything to do with it, and figured I need to find out anyways.
BTW this is for a D1
Thanks,
Jay

Those don't have anything to with your cooling system. They're the reason your cruise control is not working. Those hoses get brittle and break at that T fitting all the time. Replace the T and reconnect the hoses, and there is a good chance your Cruise control will start working again.

those are for your cruise control, one goes to the pump under the headlight the other goes through the firewall to the presure release valve on the brake pedal

Thanks that was my second guess as coolant wasn't spewing out of them. I guess that will be covered in either the vacuum portion of the rave or under cruise control.
