Don't read much about them. Easy? Hard?
Thanks

Nobody really does then on Discos. A suspension lift is so cheap that there's not much point.

Very easy to do on a Disco. I would not recommend doing more than 1-1.5" but its really easy. you'll need some longer body mount bolts and if the truck is rusty you'll be fighting rusting bolts. you need to make some very moonier adjustments on the rad and also the steering arm but aside from that it's easy.
I did 1.25" added on to my 2" spring lift about 6 years back and it was great.

In my case I made after market bumpers after the body lift. If you are keeping the stock bumpers you'll need to do some drilling to accommodate the rear bumper and you might need to make a little plate or something for the front.

PM me if you've got any other questions. I might be able to help.
Also FYI, not sure where you are buying your body lift but I bought the longer bolts and the lifts blocks all for well under $100.
