For the two-piece, 3D-printed rollers search for "Shapeways" on this forum. According to the person who designed them, cement the two halves together using acetone after they are mounted on the regulator.

Default Hilman

I replaced mine with hillman nylon washers. Cut off the old one and put the correct size in boiling water to soften them up and push them on to the peg. pretty simple, cost about $2 i think. and you can get them same day. there is a thread on it here somewhere.

I have done both the abovve, the Shapeways are easily worth the few extra bucks for the easy of use. I like to use safety wire to keep them together instead of glue.
