Hi Gang,

Is it just me or are those little sodding palstic wheels on the power windows arms junk? Both the passenager side and now the drivers side windows on my 2003 Disco won't go up and down because both the wheels in each window have busted.

Does anyone know of a good work-around to replace them with something other than plastic ?! Has anyone managed to get a metel washer in there in the track to replace that plastic wheel or something?

Also, is there an easy way to pull the radio without having to buy those two little "keys" you shove in the slots to unlock the DIN radio?
