wiper switch

Hey guys how do you remove wiper switch on the column .... Can't find it in rave

Update I found it on rave CD but I still can't get out of there any hints guys

Good news got the new switch in but it still won't work so I am going test the wiper motor today also chould it be the wire harness that go to the switch
Also I check all fuses
