Like the TSA (transportation security administration). I fly weekly for work, one thing I've learned.. There are no rules, expect for the ones that are made up when the person is talking to you.

Well I have met to many Police Officers with zero sense of humor. A matter of fact I got pulled over last year for too much snow covering my plate during a snow storm.

So, personally I am not a fan of cops who hand out useless tickets, that do nothing but generate money.

"Wonder if a cop will stop me for this?"

Perhaps not, but bet it will get their attention, making them look long and hard at your whole vehicle; everyone and everything inside, looking for something to stop you for. Oh, well, see you in jail!

In the UK you'll be lucky to find one cop away from a desk outside the station.

In fact you can never find even one when you need them.

The cops let the speed cameras do their work and just issue tickets.

No matter what you think of the Police and the laws of the state that you live in try living with out them and see how secure you feel!!!

I cannot say for the police in TX but I would not have stoped you out right for the plate unless I noticed something else a miss or driving style.

If it was me then I would move the plate so there was a clear deffinition of your original issued one.

You're in BMore- one of the sketchiest places ever, ever. I understand your appreciation of police!

very thankful that they are all not like that.
I think it was those Kittens on your shoulders. That looks pretty suspicious!
