I don't like to pay the dealer $500+ dollars for a simple oil change so I do it myself. With my 2017, I was able to reset the service message using the old hood open, door open, feet on brake and gas trick but that doesn't work on the newer ones. I called the dealer asking if there was a way and they said no. Does anyone know of a way to reset this or if there is a tool I can buy that I can hook up and reset the service message?

 

I have the same problem and there have been many different answers on the forum, they are:
1/Gap IID G3
2/ Launch X431 CRP919X
I am trying to find out for myself which would be best.
People say that the Gap tool works but I am not sure personally
One of the moderators on here (in 2023) said the launch worked but I am not sure if that was on the later model like ours.

I have been looking at Foxwell Nt710 and it seems to be capable, it reset my Evoque
