Default Driveline problem

Hello everyone, this is my 1st post so I apologise for incorrect posting. I own a 2001 Frelander Es 2.5 V6. In the morning I can drive and turn the wheels smoothly but, after 30 minutes, every time i make a stiff turn I can hear a noise coming from the front right side. I can describe the noise like a wuoa-wuoa-wuoa which makes me think that it's a rotational problem. When I reverse on full lock I can hear the same noise and a sort of resistance as if I have the brake on. Mechanics don't know exactly what the problem is. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I thought so even if I hoped that was something else less expensive. Thank you very much for your help.
